Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026. This is the launch policy for the Flowcase MVP and may change as the product evolves. We will email you about material changes.

What we collect: the account details you provide (name, email), the demo configurations you create, the source URLs and screenshots used to render them, and the resulting videos. Authentication, billing, and email are handled by sub-processors (Google, Dodo Payments, Resend) and only the minimum data needed for those features is shared with them.

Cookies & local storage: a session cookie for sign-in and a theme preference. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Retention: rendered demos and connected logins persist until you delete them; account data persists until you delete your account. Backups may retain copies up to 30 days after deletion.

Your rights: you can export or delete your demos at any time from the dashboard. To delete your account email [email protected].
