Last updated: 2026. By using Flowcase you agree to these terms.

Eligibility: you must be 13+ and authorized to use the websites you point Flowcase at. You are responsible for the legality and consent of recording any third-party site.

Acceptable use: see our Acceptable Use Policy at /legal/aup. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it without notice.

Billing: paid plans renew automatically through Dodo Payments. Cancel any time from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Pay-as-you-go usage is billed for completed renders only.

Refunds: usage that has already been rendered is non-refundable. We may issue good-faith credits for outages affecting production usage.

Service availability: provided as-is, on a best-effort basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime during the MVP period.

Liability: to the maximum extent allowed by law, Flowcase's total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Changes: we may update these terms with notice via the dashboard or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
